It’s #GivingTuesday!

Giving Tuesday is here and the world is a buzz with excitement. We know you could donate to any organization and we are incredibly grateful that you chose to support Ten Lives!

What is Giving Tuesday? Giving Tuesday is a day for people all over the globe to come together to donate their time, money, and support for non-profits organizations like Ten Lives!

Why give today? Facebook and PayPal have committed to matching donations made on Giving Tuesday up to $100,000 per non-profit and totaling 7 million dollars! This match is on a first-come, first-serve basis until matching funds are depleted. In addition to this, the Ten Lives Board of Directors is providing a generous $2,000 match! By donating today, you have the opportunity to triple your impact!

Don’t adoption fees cover everything? Why do you need donations? Routinely, cats that arrive to Ten Lives need veterinary care above and beyond routine services. A majority of the cats we rescue have lived difficult lives on the street and are often sick with upper respiratory infections, parasites, conjunctivitis, and many other ailments caused by poor nutrition and living conditions. Our expenses include not just routine veterinary care, but emergency funds for cats needing critical care. Ten Lives believes that funds should not be the determining factor when making decisions about life-saving care and your donation today ensures we never have to!

How will we use your funds?

Ten Lives is a 501(c)(3), non-profit that is volunteer-powered. We have no paid staff or employees or building to maintain. This means that every penny you donate will help cats and kittens in need!
  • $10 provides 1 rabies vaccination
  • $20 provides 1 month of wet food for 1 cat
  • $25 provides 1 wellness visit
  • $50 provides 1 FIV/FeLV test
  • $75 provides 1 spay or neuter
  • $100 provides blood work for 1 sick cat
  • $225 completely sponsors the veterinary care for one healthy kitten

How can I donate?

Thanks, purrs, and kisses from Lazarus!
