SUMMARY:Meowga for Ten Lives!
DESCRIPTION:Self professed #crazycatlady \, #queenofprops and Buddhist Monkey ERYT-500 owner of BeYOUtiful.yoga Jessica joins us for this fun\, cat-centric yoga class! Our four-legged friends live their yoga/best lives everyday; let’s learn a thing or two from them as we stretch out lazily\, love unconditionally\, zoom wildly and play unabashedly shredding up our yoga mats for this special charity event. \nIn this class\, you can expect to move easily with the pace and ability of your own body as Jess is Yoga for All certified\, an inclusive\, mindful way to engage all body types and more effectively teach individual students based on their personal needs. \nJessica teaches Restorative at The Love Offensive in Providence.  She prides herself in holding a warm\,  welcoming\, accessible space for her students to explore their yoga and heal body\, mind and spirit.  “Yoga is a deeply personal journey.  Of the self\, through the self\, to the self. As such\, it is the highest honor and privilege to hold space for you to explore your yoga.” \nMeowga for Ten Lives will be held in person AND virtually. In person tickets are limited– be sure to purchase yours as soon as possible! If you are attending in person\, please bring a yoga mat and water bottle with you. \nFor virtual attendees\, a Zoom link will be provided within 24 hours prior to the start of the class. Suggested props include a yoga mat\, two blocks (or books or shoe boxes)\, a yoga strap (or scarf or belt)\, a bolster (or comforter rolled up for support)\, a yoga blanket\, water bottle\, and open heart. Don’t forget to invite your furry friends! \nDon’t forget to purchase tickets for our raffle – TWO six class yoga passes! The lucky winners of our raffle will enjoy six classes at The Love Offensive! All are welcome to participate in our raffle! Raffle tickets can be purchased here. \nAll of the proceeds from Meowga for Ten Lives and the raffle will go towards supplies for the cats currently in foster homes\, as well as the life-saving veterinary services that are so crucial to the present and future cats in our care.
